Informed Citizenry: "Devil's Advocate: On 'Guard testing terrorism response'" @ Topeka Capital Journal On-line

1st COMMENT DELETED, 2nd COMMENT POSTED

So has the NeNG been informed KSU's retired USAMRIID Colonels (Franz, J & N Jaax), bringing the National Bio & Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) to KS, are the enablers of THEIR employee, Dr. Bruce Ivins, THE 2001 ANTHRAX MAILER? He only killed 5 people, is what Col/Dr. Dave Franz says . . . and now they know how to safely insure a mad scientist doesn't walk out of NBAF with a microorganism in her _________

Only fair to tell our Ag neighbors, since NBAF wants to play around with Foot & Mouth Disease (study of which is currently banned on US mainland). Look for our Congressional delegation to vote to legalize FMD @ KSU.

Department of Homeland Security estimated a NBAF FMD release will only cost $3 BILLION, in exchange for bringing KSU 300 new scientists. That's only $3 Million/job for the end of KS' beef industry, eh?

Google: NBAF Ivins Franz (read DHS comments) Sebelius & Franz (on KS Bioscience Authority) sold KS ag for 300 Midwest Research Institute (Franz employer) jobs to be transferred from MD to KS.

How lucky is KS! The zooenotic diseases they plan to study are transmitted from animals to humans & HAVE NO CURE, unless you think the EMAWs will come up with one before the germs get out.

I feel safer knowing former KSU AD Bob Krause's wife, Marty Vanier, runs the National Agricultural Biosecurity Center (NABC) @ KSU, & that $3-MILLION-under-the-table-Bob negotiated with the KS Bioscience Authority for NBAF seed $$$$$ (our tax $) for KSU's BRI aka Pat Roberts Hall.
