"WBCN and The American Revolution" had its Boston premiere as the Centerpiece: Spotlight Documentary at the 2019 Independent Film Festival of Boston. The film sold out the 900 seat Somerville Theatre as hopeful viewers lined-up for the remaining rush tickets.
The screening was compared to a rock concert, and it was followed by the appearance of film director Bill Lichtenstein, and WBCN announcers and staff from the station's early days, for a Q and A hosted by Robin Young.
